No matter how beautifully the walls are painted, no matter the clothes or the toys — for children, what matters most is the atmosphere they live in. Caregivers, nurses, cleaners, security staff — everyone who works at the center — they are the ones who create and give love and make kids feel safe.Thanks to the support of the Canada-Ukraine Foundation, we are able to cover a significant portion of the costs for the staff of the kids’ village — those who provide daily care, attention, and safety to children who have lost parental care and suffered because of the war.This project is supported by the Canada-Ukraine Foundation and its partner on humanitarian assistance to Ukraine – Ukrainian Canadian Congress.Together, we give children the most precious gift — the feeling that they are not alone.
